牛善策 副教授

牛善策,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,主要从事观赏植物(石斛、大丽花、万寿菊、水仙等)种质资源创新、特异性状形成的分子机制及其演化模式研究。

主要研究方向:

1、采用进化生物学、发育生物学、分子遗传学和基因组学等多学科手段进行兰科自交不亲和分子机制研究;

2、利用分子进化和生物信息学研究手段,在基因组层面研究重要基因家族(调控花、叶子和功能成分等相关基因)起源和演化的过程和规律,探索相关调控网络的起源、维持和多样化的机制;

3、结合基因组和转录组信息,探究选择性剪接对植物器官发生和形成的潜在分子机制;

4、通过诱变、倍性等育种手段,创制新种质,培育新品种,并解析相关机制。
